Overview: DKM Electrical & Civil proudly worked for Kennett Builders to bring the vision of the SA Jockey Club to life with the construction of the new Morphettville Racecourse Function Centre. This contemporary double-storey facility, located in front of the existing administration building, offers stunning views of Morphettville Racecourse and the scenic Adelaide Hills.

Our Role: In this landmark project, DKM Electrical & Civil was the driving force behind the civil work for this project.

Civil Excellence:

• Underground electrical and communication conduits and pits.
• Base Preparation: Precise base preparation was carried out to create a solid foundation for the construction phases.
• Concrete and Pavement Preparation: Our meticulous preparation guarantees smooth and durable surfaces.
• Stormwater Management: We implemented effective stormwater systems to prevent flooding and maintain the integrity of the landscape.
• Kerbing: Professionally installed curbing added the finishing touch to the site’s infrastructure and car parks.
