About the Project
Client: Sarah Constructions for ACH Group
Overview: DKM Electrical & Civil worked for Sarah Constructions to contribute to the new Health Studio and Carpark at ACH Group’s Rostrevor facility. This project, aimed at enhancing the community infrastructure for individuals aged 50 and above, is set to be completed by mid-2024, providing a modern and accessible space for health and wellness.
Our Role: DKM Electrical & Civil is a key player in the initial stages of this project, focusing on the crucial preparation and foundational work that is essential for the successful completion of the new facilities.
Carpark Construction: We developed three new carparks, ensuring ample and convenient parking for future visitors. Our team managed everything from initial prep to final kerbing, creating a seamless and durable parking solution.
Base Preparation: We meticulously prepared the base for various structures, including the building pad and footpaths, ensuring a stable and level foundation for subsequent construction phases. The car parks were engineered for geo textile fabrication and built up in layers to avoid the sub soil movement with in this area.
Kerbing and Footpath Preparation: Our precision in Kerbing and footpath prep added the finishing touches to the project’s groundwork, facilitating smooth transitions and safe walkways.
Outcome: The ACH Rostrevor project is a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality and our ability to deliver under challenging timelines. The new Health Studio, soon to be operational, will cater to the community, providing a specialised environment for the wellness of those aged 50 and above. The newly constructed carparks and footpaths significantly enhance accessibility and convenience, thereby elevating the overall functionality and appeal of the facility.
